How can you change the owner of a custom record to be a customer? Usually we have customers make this particular custom record from the customer portal and it defaults to them being the owner. In this instance, someone internally made the record for the customer so the custom record has our internal employee as the owner. This is causing issues because now the customer cannot see the custom record on their list view since they only have restricted edit/view access (I don't want them to be able to delete or see other's record). If I try to change the owner internally I only get a list of our employees. I tried a csv upload but since the customer is not available as a selection internally, it failed. If I try to change the owner from the customer portal (temp gave full access) I get a really weird dropdown and I can't scroll passed the 'D's in the alphabetical list (the customer name starts with M so that's a problem). Is this a bug or am I just not suppose to be able to select from the customer role?
