I already tried {vendorname} on the Other Sublist Field to display it on the inbound shipment line items fields but no luck.

I imagine you'd add a custom column to the Inbound Shipment and have as it's source the item and field vendorname

Unfortunately I don't think I have access to an account that uses Inbound Shipments otherwise I'd look in to it for you.
