Is there a way to bulk fulfill a specific item? For example, look for all orders with item 123, and fulfill only that item, even if there are other items on the order pending fulfillment.

You can only FULLY fulfill sales orders through the native CSV import. They said the partial fulfillment may be possible through Celigo Data Loader. Possibly, through scripting as well
