Hi all, we're planning to a sandbox refresh soon - are there any 'gotchas' to look out for?

If you have any integrations make sure you don't have sandbox data going into a production account

make sure you have downloaded, documented and confirmed you can restore any customisations before the refresh, you lose everything that isn't in production at that time

The moment that the refresh is initiated, for us it seems like sometimes it captures a snapshot of Production from a day or two before, rather than a snapshot of Production at the moment of refresh initiation. That's caught us off guard a few times especially if the people who initiate the refresh are different from the people who have to do prepwork in Production
