Soooooo if you are the owner of at least one custom list, you apparently gain the ability to view ALL custom lists in any role, even those lists made by others.

It’s kind of like a paradox, in order to create a custom list you have to have permission to create it, but what if you already created it. I’ve run into this in other records as well.
