Is there a way to add custom fields to the lot number details that pops up when the Inventory Detail field is clicked?

I'm pretty sure not. I'm not sure I'd recommend it anyway because it's generally fairly difficult to report on and use (like on an invoice or packing slip) custom Inventory Detail fields.
