Anybody using the Sales Channel Allocation feature? Even if quantities are allocated/reserved for Order Reservation, they are still considered Available. How is this helpful aside from creating custom reports out of this? There are only a few documentations and I am struggling to justify its benefits. Thank you.

You need to set order reservation as firm so that quantities are committed to the order reservation. Just so you know quantities Netsuite show on sales order line are still from location selected on order not based on reservation available quantities.
