You should be able to email them after completing your test, but expect up to a few business days on the cert itself

Thanks for the info! I completed test on Saturday evening waiting for cert

Check your spam and check the email you have in the testing portal

I had to send an email to an inbox when I did it shortly before the world shut down Feb of 2020.
