We are trying to set up Customer Center, but in our testing we notice that the saved search that drives the CC provides different results for Parent Customers than for Children Customers. The provided results for Parents are correct (filters work great), while the results for the Children customers do not filter out based on our criteria. Same thing happens for customers without any Parent/Children; the results contain no filtering. Any ideas for why this would happen?

I’m guessing it will be the choice on Available Filters. What’s the setting there?
