09/30/2021, 8:27 AMLook for the Line Sequence number, I think system has one standart field for this but It can be unchecked on forms or you need to create a line Item field and on It's formula you should do +1

Transaction has 3 line 0,1,2
Custom code adds 1 to sequence number 1,2,3
User deletes line 1 (0) , and adds a new line.
You have 3 lines but potentially you have 2,3,3

09/30/2021, 1:56 PMIf you're less interested in numbering them and just want to identify the line you may be better just jamming in a unique key in a column. Depends on your use case I guess...
