Hi, what would be the best way to get the timeframe from when a sales order is approved until the order is fulfilled? Would a saved search be a good way to get that? What would the formula in results be like? Any help is appreciated

I don’t think there is anything other than system notes that would show when it was approved. You might need to create a workflow that sets today’s date in a custom field when the SO status changes from Pending Approval to Pending Fulfillment Then do a saved search with the formula Actual Ship/Recipt Date - custom date field
