Hey all, curious what solutions if any the SaaS folks here have used for tracking net recurring revenue in NS. We use the revenue module to track subscription revenue but that's obviously a bit different in practice than tracking ARR, churn, upsells, downsells, etc. Either within NetSuite or from an add-on perspective. Thanks !

Do you use Suitebilling? ARM? I created a suiteanalytics workbook that annualizes the MRR to ARR. I drop the monthly report to excel to create an ARR rollforward where I track New, expansion (upsell), downsell, churn, and adjustments. I’ve even pulled in opportunity data from Salesforce to reconcile to NS. I also have a real-time ARR report that can calculate ARR by Geo, or any other custom dimension. We are closing in on $100M annual with about 1000 customers and 6500 active subscription lines.
