Our renewal is coming up and we’ve seen almost a 25% cost increase in the general access cloud service this year, took us massively by surprise. According to our account manager - ‘The Global Pricing Team has created a new process for international license pricing that will look at Foreign Exchange (FX) pricing on a quarterly basis. The intent is to better align our processes with the rest of Oracle and ensure our pricing is in line with current FX rates. This results in a true-up of some of our foreign currency prices effective January 1st 2021.’

Our price went up on everything as well. Sandbox pricing changed from a flat rate to a 10% of total invoice model. Our regular discount decreased. I'm waiting to see Oracle's earnings report today after hours. Time to start looking for another ERP I think

if you are out side of US, they give you really low price first time around so people get suckerd in, after this though it should flattern

hmm, you might be able to negotiate with your account manager or try a NetSuite alliance partner they might be able to give you a better deal

GBP. A few addons - demand planning, couple sandboxes, WIp and routing, few other bits and pieces.

Your pricing is fairly comparable with what we paid at the end of last year, although we're now on Premium tier. May be worth re-evaluating whether more than one sandbox is necessary. If you upgrade to premium, you get one free, which offsets the cost to a degree.

It'd be interesting to know whether other EMEA customers outside the UK are similarly affected. Can't help but wonder if they're losing a tax benefit somewhere as a result of Brexit and clawing back the cost.
