Hey all,
How can I resolve the following issue: "----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----" followed by an email address. The client is receiving them in the administrative mailbox.
The employee whose address this belongs to does not work there anymore and is not in the system, but Netsuite is fetching the email from somewhere, I wish to permanently remove it

Bounces usually have a copy of the email below them - that'll give you an indication of which part of NetSuite is sending the emails (could be anything, transaction email, dunning, approval etc etc)

Or just look on the Sent Emails page in NetSuite &amp; look at the message body ("Page: Sent Email List" in global search)

You need to determine what is creating the email in order to know where/how to remove it. email addresses are on transactions, for example

I'll expand on this - there is no single place in NetSuite that you can view every single occurrence of an email address in the system, so you need to do a bit of detective work
