Hey I am trying to show the primary contact email address on a transaction saved search but am unable to show anything other than their name using the 'Primary Contact' field. I have followed this help article (https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/98093/kw/send%20email%20action%20recipient%20is%20primary%20contact) to create a custom field which sources the email address but when I try and use that the saved search has an unexpected error each time. Can anyone help please? 🙂
