Hello!! Does any one know if there is a way to mark sales order whether its invoice was paid in full, subsequently making the sales order paid in full?

You could do with a saved search and a workflow Make a custom field (probably a checkbox) called Paid in full Make a saved search for all sales orders where the Applying to Link Type is Invoice and Applying to Transaction.status is Paid in Full Then make a scheduled workflow using your saved search as the condition and your action would be to mark your custom checkbox you made
