Hello NetSuite community. I have a quick question. How can you Import a CSV to update an Existing SO? I thought It would be as simple as using the SO# as the ExternaliD and traniD but the import isn't able to find the SO# i'm asking to update. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for considering my request. EDIT: yes the SO# I'm using as a test does exist in the system.
