08/30/2021, 5:06 PMAnyone using SuiteTax and know if there is a way to mass update customers to be tax exempt? In SuiteTax, the exempt checkbox field is on a sublist and that sublist is available on CSV import, but the exempt field isn’t. The exempt field also doesn’t appear on the records browser, suggesting it can’t be scripted either… hoping this doesn’t mean we have to manually update hundreds of customers?

08/30/2021, 5:38 PMyou have to import the tax registration and the tax exemption cert - then you can go in the UI and select the appropriate nexus on the lines - so then all you have to do is pick the line field on already existing lines as opposed to completely configuring them.
