Hello everyone, someone using adobe sign knows if it is possible to create an agreement and send it for signature from a workflow or script withoud clicking the "Send for signature" button?

You can do the update from the field itself. It will affect all assigned forms. Go to the field definition > Change field definition as you like > Push the "Apply to Forms" button and from there you can assign/reassign to forms
