Hi all. Using contract renewals in NetSuite .. All working on nightly renewal script but we have one contract that is Active but the logs say "Cannot renew Contract 72410 because it has already been locked for renewal" ... Anyone know how to unstick this? Thanks.. It wont renew manually either.. Just does nothing..
