Hi there, does anyone know if it is possible to link Opportunities to Partners? I understand that you can create Opps against the Lead/Prospect/Customer and link the Partner - and I have enabled the multi-partner feature for this purpose - however the issue I have is that, in some instances, we have an Opp from a Partner, but we don't yet know who the potential 'Customer' is going to be. Ideally, we want to track the Opportunity against the Partner (and link the possible Customer(s) to the Opp). Alternatively, I tried creating an Opp against a dummy/TBC Customer record, and linking the Partner to the Opp... however when I updated the customer field (once the Customer was confirmed), I lost the linked Partners. If you can shed any light on this one, that would be awesome. Thanks.

Have you tried creating the lead as a a discrete entity? eg. Dummy Lead 1 and then just renaming it when you have the details?
