If I delete a transaction does it count towards lines billed?

It's gone. Madness if it did

It probably is because it creates a record stating that - that record was deleted. No AMO has been able to explain how lines billed is calculated in my experience so far

THe version I was shown was a transaction lines search including all non-posting transactions (so bad luck if you have arm, your transaction count just doubled). I'm not sure if they "tweak" their search for other customers, but based on the above then deleted transactions would not count towards your limit
