How do you keep track on POs that have not been emailed? We email them without a workflow. We do it the manual way. No system notes are being written when it's sent. I know you can do {messages.hasattachment} ='F and things like that, but we also send emails in our approval flow to employees, so that kind of destroys it. Any ideas?

can you filter out the email message "to" field "does not contain" your domain?
