08/11/2021, 7:33 PMBecause cases can be created by an email there might not be a user associated. You could create the custom field and test it out.

08/11/2021, 10:36 PMI just did this last week. You use a custom saved search and then use it to create a custom sublist.

08/11/2021, 10:38 PMSo the search Criteria: mainline= True. Results: Date, Subsidiary, type, Created by, Document Number, Satus, Amount. Available filter = Created by. Save and then create a new sublist. Tab = Related Records, choose transactions to display. Save…..done!
