Howdy Fellow NetSuite users! quick question that has been buging me. Is Case Creation Record. Under Contact -> The description says "Select the contact who is reporting this issue". Does that mean the Employee who is creating the case Or the actual Customer Contact that works for the company that contacted my employee? This is very unclear because under Company record -> relationship; Any contact I add is under the Subsidiary of my company...

In Netsuite, the term Contact refers to contacts of Customers. When I click on the Field Help the next sentence "This list shows contacts associated with the company selected above." ie The customer company selected on the case.

Thank you Sir! This was my first guess, but then that mean I don't understand why is my Contact subsidiary is under my company Name. Is It normal?
