In my sandbox I just added items which are other charge for resale. When I go to create a Purchase order none of these items show in the items list. Can some one help? The subsidiaries are set up correctly so I don’t think this is the problem

Is there an item filter applied to your purchase order form?

I was just reading that it could be because there isn’t an expense or income account tied to the items

nah, it can be a BS account.  It should work really.  There is no rhyme reason for items for resale not to appear on PO :disappointed:.
