Hello everyone , Is there a way to appear quote number instead of estimate with internal id while printing and saving the quote ?

I have spoken to a NetSuite partner before about this, and the answer was a swift no. Not without scripting anyway, and even with scripting it may not be possible. That was some years ago though, do let me know if somebody has found a way since !

It is possible w/ scripting but requires you to then print using a scripted button rather than native printing so depending on the use cases even scripting may not work 100% of the time.

Yes I have created a script and if I try using button and print - it works well but on native printing it did not.
