We have a user whose email account was compromised. We’ve shut down his access to his email, but for some reason emails to the NetSuite relay server are being processed and it still looks like it’s coming from his account. Is there any way to shut off email relay permissions in NetSuite? I have a feeling the answer is no, but figured I’d check just in case.
