08/03/2021, 1:14 PMHowdy! Would anyone know why the System would randomly choose the document type of an attached (to an email) document sent via a PO or SO? Employee A sends .html, Employee B sends PDF -> doing the exact same thing on each account.

08/03/2021, 1:18 PMAlternatively, each vendor has that print setting. If they are sending to different vendors, they may be set up differently.

08/03/2021, 1:23 PMI got the screenshot from my individual login preferences. Home Icon>Set preferences. There must be a way to globally update, maybe on role permissions, but to test you could check with 2 differing employees and see if they have different settings.
