One of our printers is not printing when trying to print a WO Build Label. We have not been notified of other printers not working so this seems to be isolated. The Printer Audit Logs are not giving me much information, but is there some sort of Printer Queue in NetSuite where I can go and see if the job is evening getting there. Just trying to find out why it’s not printing. We are not getting any sort of error/warning on the screen. We did not make any changes. It just stopped printing. We shut off and back on again. We can print other things (non-NetSuite related) just not from the WO Label Print link from the Dashboard. I have also tried from different roles and still not working. Any ideas where we can see the printer cue/log for a specific printer?
