Anyone else using AvaTax and had their connection removed this morning? Around 6AM-6:30 CDT. Figured it out after we had processed 60+ invoices/Cash sales and 15+ Sales Orders that didn't calculate tax/sync with Avalara.

Yes, had to re-auth twice to get it working but caught it rather fast (time-out script error)

We've had to Re-auth twice in the last two months. Monthly by the looks of things. Logged it with Avalara. It seems to be a known issue with no ETA for a fix

Yes I would recommend trying to pre-emptively re-auth every 3rd week or so

We had another issue last week on Tuesday, roughly 2 weeks after the first one. Guess I'll see if pre-emptive re-auth will resolve it.
