07/29/2021, 10:35 PMDo you have a single sign on (SSO) or SAML? That has created sign on issues for our sandbox accounts after a refresh, and requires that the redirect link point to our SSO/SAML source that factors in the sandbox change in URL.

07/29/2021, 10:47 PMI’m not sure but I can say I am using the default method for odbc (just username pw in windows odbc configuration.) I will ask our NetSuite administrator about sso/saml settings.
