Hello everyone, On an item fulfillment, under the carrier subtab, there is a checkbox for IF NOTIFICATIONS ARE UNDELIVERABLE, PLEASE EMAIL... We have a OneWorld account. And even though this user is in a different subsidiary, it is still sourcing the return email address from the main subsidiary's return email address. They are able to manually change that email, but we want it to source from the correct subsidiary. I have dug through the help system, and I cannot find where to set that preference. Any thoughts?

Same happens here. You'd think it would use the return address set at the subsidiary instead. Can you access that field w/ a workflow?

@Justin B I have no idea!
@Justin B I tried to change that email address via SuiteScript. Both with a deployed UserEvent, and just trying to update the IF record in the console then submitting it. Neither worked...
