On an item fulfillment, under the carrier subtab, there is a checkbox for IF NOTIFICATIONS ARE UNDELIVERABLE, PLEASE EMAIL...
We have a OneWorld account. And even though this user is in a different subsidiary, it is still sourcing the return email address from the main subsidiary's return email address.
They are able to manually change that email, but we want it to source from the correct subsidiary. I have dug through the help system, and I cannot find where to set that preference. Any thoughts?
