Some links within NS display a pop up dialog-like box with related information. On our Purchase Orders, we can hover on the Vendor's name and see some info. Is there a way to add/remove fields to this pop up?

Yes @Chris N, you'll want to customize the related entry form. Specifically the "QuickView" subtab.
