Does anyone know of good ways to share reports / searches with other stakeholders in our company without buying more NetSuite seats? Does anyone else have this problem?

Scheduled reports and saved searches to be sent directly to their emails from NS?

You can have them emailed but our stakeholders already receive too many emails as is. You can use a custom center tab (or category under Reporting) to house the relevant reports/searches.

@Luis, yes it does. I somehow missed that requirement in the initial question. Thank you for pointing it out. Yes, emailing is the way to go.

We have used external reporting tools for that purpose. At this point it is primarily Power BI.
