Have a user who changed all line quantities to zero and then closed out the order (long story). Now they want to re-open the order and put the quantities back. I'm concerned about this potentially screwing with our inventory levels for those items, as we've had issues with people editing lines after approval.

what type of transaction? and I would recommend just creating a new transaction at this point.

Sales Order from a Quote/Estimate. But ultimately, I had her create a new one because it addressed all of the issues that cropped up from whatever she did.
