Hi there I am wondering if there is a way to automate exporting results of a saved search so that it can be exported as a csv every day for example?

Hey Ellis, yes you can. Edit your saved search and open email subtab. Choose specific recipient user, on customize message select “send as Csv” then click on scheduling select daily and wished hours to when you want to receive mails every day. Save it, end here we go netsuite halo If you want to test it before waiting selected hours before saving click down arrow on save button, click save&email

Btw, I didn’t mentioned but don’t forget to select “SEND EMAILS ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE” checkbox on email subtab or you’ll wait forever to receive scheduled results netsuite

Just FYI there is a 10,000 line limit on these exports so if the results of your search go over 10,000 rows it will get cutoff
