When you can't even load the support page to file a support ticket, is there a number you can call? All our users suddenly cannot load pages (error pages pop up) or they get 500 error codes when trying to access different pages.

Just got off the phone with support - they're having some kind of outage they said is affecting other customers as well. I guess that makes me feel better? 🤷‍♂️
