Afternoon everyone, currently experiencing some tax issues. Does anyone know of anyway to automate checking that box while also setting the Tax State / Percent? Could I tie that to a field in Netsuite such as state? I was told about a suite script being able to help but pretty much learning as I go.

Is that dependent on a customer? If so, you can set the default values in the customer record (I believe so). If not, you can turn on the Tax Auto lookup which is based on shipping address, etc. There's an SA discussing the hierarchy.

Hi Luis, this is dependent per state as we don't collect tax for every state yet. Would the Tax Auto lookup be located under Accounting preferences? What is SA short for?
