This may be not appropriate for NS, but does anyone know of an add-on that would allow for intercompany problem tracking (ie; sales order needs fixed, or pricing is wrong on an item) for employees to submit that get worked over time? This may be something that needs to be created internally, but I thought i'd ask the group in case there is something we can get to keep all our processes internally in NS. Thanks!

As in ticketing? You can use the Helpdesk functionality of NetSuite native CRM if so

This would be for sending issues/questions to NS, right? I'm more thinking internal use only, for our departments to alert accounting/warehousing about issues

Oh no, helpdesk is internal, you setup users as "Support" to be able to grab and respond to internal tickets raised using the native CRM functionality. Check Suite Answers for information on it.

or any other helpdesk product as well. I use the free version of Freshdesk and divert the email address to the freeone and voila!
