We've been using it for month for a bank that has about 20 related accounts and it hasn't failed yet.

great. did you have to do anything about the ip whitelisting at the bank?

Sorry, missed this. No, our bank did not require that. But, we also had issues with connecting from NetSuite to our bank because our bank did not support the latest security ciphers that NetSuite required (I blame that on our bank, not NetSuite). So, to get around it we asked the bank to copy our files to our own SFTP server.
