The company name field for a customer in NetSuite has a maxlength of 83 characters... I have a customer well beyond that (don't ask)... Am I doomed to truncate this customer company name?

We have only had one customer exceed this length, and we put as much of the name as we could fit into the company name field, then also put the full name in a custom Entity field (globally searchable) that we also use for customer aliases, brand names, dba/fka names, etc. You really can’t do anything to change the max length of that field, so you’ll have to workaround it somehow.
