I have 1 custom record which is a child of the customer record which is used to be a mobile the customer has called “mobile number”. The customer can have multiple mobiles therefore has multiple records against them. I need to create an email/pdf template that shows all of the mobile numbers this customer has but not sure how to do this as they share the same field name. Can anyone help out please?

One way, Saved search create your Customer list and join the Phone numbers. Then use the Print function of the search results and create/select PDF

Thanks for getting back to me, I can have a saved search that will list those that match the desired criteria. I am unsure on the print function then creating a pdf if you wouldn't mind please explaining that please?

Apologies create a pdf template for the saved search Ive got you! We could have thousands of customers with multiple numbers but would only want 1 pdf per customer could this be achieved using criteria within the pdf template?

Yes but… what will you do with them? Now I’m thinking there will be a better way.

This is to send to our customers about their mobile contract renewals. We need to send it via email to each customer that has mobile numbers that have an End date of next month and all numbers need to appear in one email rather than 1 email per number unfortunately. If it was as simple as one customer has one number that would be great but unfortunately one customer could have multiple numbers that need to be included in the email as they all renew at the same time..
