hey all - really struggling to understand (or receive useful information from the service providers) how payment tokenization works in this scenario: taking orders through RIBBON > using Synqware to retrieve payment token and record into NetSuite > process payment as usual using Cybersource in NetSuite. Does anyone have useful resources here to help someone not very informed (me) in these processes?
