Got it. I suspect your bespoke Excel report consists of data that's coming from NetSuite and that at present you are running the search, exporting to CVS (or Excel) and then copying / pasting your data into Excel and from there the data in the Excel report is updated (charts, dashboards, pivot tables, etc.) based on what was just added to Excel.
