06/21/2021, 3:15 PMAnd what are you doing to trigger the email alert. I think that I've run into this issue before, where a manual update triggers, but if a field is updated by a workflow it does not

06/21/2021, 9:25 PMAnother common issue is that the saved search transaction itself doesn’t change. Like applying a payment to the invoice but looking for the changes in the invoice then it is the payment that changed
