Anyone know why we would be periodically getting pick tickets with 0 items to pick? It seems like it must be a timing issue between printing the pick ticket & fulfillments. Additionally - anyone know how to manually reset the "Printed Picking Ticket" flag? Right now I have an order with Printed Picking Ticket flag set to Y but no items to fulfill on the order... so no way to set that flag back to F until we manually realize a backordered item is now committed & do a fulfillment.
