Hi all. I've created an online survey form in NS, that we're emailing customers to complete. I'm having an issue with linking the customers response to their record in NS. I have updated the publishable url link as specified in NS Help (https://3844829.app.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_N1034442.html), however still not having luck. Any suggestions/ideas/experience with this issue welcome. TIA.
