i know there’s the tried and tested saved search field for item quantity on a sales order which updates after the record is saved. has anyone got something similar that is a script that updates dynamically on screen as you add/remove items to a sales order?

It would be a very simple client script. I haven't used workflow line item actions much so can't say if it would be possible with one
