cool, and this answers my “what would the CC email address look like?” which is what i was expecting. will give it a go! the celigo full on gmail-web-interface integration is interesting

@mattb with the Celigo Gmail app you can set every back/forth reply in a thread to attach automatically (unlike a bcc which is not retained). This feature is called Autopilot.

@Chris Corcoran that’s cool. I use the Gmail web interface however others in office use macOS Mail. Can those Mail users use the CC email address?
